Pay for results, not potential

Gil charges a share of the revenue it generates and a flat fee per support ticket it resolves. If Gil drives nothing, you pay nothing beyond our infrastructure cost — typically a few dollars a month.

A shopper asks about products, needs help with sizing, wants to compare options, or has a question about their order.

Gil helps, recommends, resolves

Gil answers with product knowledge from your store. It recommends, compares, adds to cart, and resolves support issues — all in the customer's language.

You pay only if it worked

If the customer buys within 6 hours of a meaningful Gil conversation, it's attributed. If Gil resolves a support ticket without human help, it's billed at $0.50. Nothing else.

What counts as an attributed sale?

  • Customer had 2+ meaningful exchanges with Gil (product recommendation, comparison, cart help, sizing — not just a greeting)
  • Purchase completed within 6 hours of the last Gil interaction
  • No escalation to a human agent during the session
  • Every attributed sale is visible in your dashboard with the conversation transcript

Why 6 hours? Industry standard is 24. We use 6 because we're confident in what we're claiming credit for.

Support Resolution Pricing

Gil handles the most common Shopify support questions automatically — at a fraction of the cost of a human agent.

What counts as resolved?

  • Gil had 2+ meaningful exchanges on the support topic
  • No human agent was involved
  • Customer did not reopen the issue within 6 hours

  • Escalations to your team — Gil hands off, you pay nothing

We take a small cut of the sales Gil helps with, plus a modest support fee. That's it. There's a minimum of $5–$20/month — just enough to cover our costs if things are quiet. But for most stores, the revenue-share portion is what you'll actually pay, and it scales with your results.
